Kawami  Uji Matcha is premium Japanese tea imported from Uji City of Kyoto which is Japan's first tea origin. Uji tea is known for its unique umami taste and brighter green color.  The tea is delicately grown and processed by the tea manufacturer with more than 150 years of experience under international quality standards.

Kawami  matcha is Japanese shade-grown tea harvested and processed from steaming to retain natural green colour and fragrance, removing veins, to grinding into fine powder for quality matcha. It is all natural with no colour or flavour additives.

ผ่านกรรมวิธีที่พิถีพิถันตั้งแต่การปลูก คลุมใบชาและคัดเลือกใบชา อบไอน้ำด้วยความร้อนสูงเพื่อรักษาสีและกลิ่น แล้วคัดเอาก้านออกเหลือแต่ใบที่ถูกนำมาบดจนได้ชามัทฉะคุณภาพ ไม่มีการปรุงแต่งสีและกลิ่น ให้สีเขียวและกลิ่นหอมจากธรรมชาติ (ALL NATURAL)

Recipes/ สูตร

Iced Uji Matcha Latte

Mix 5 g.( 1 tbs.)  of KAWAMI  Uji Matcha  with 30 ml. of still water. Add 120 ml. of fresh milk  and 15 ml. of simple syrup, and stir well. Serve over iced

อูจิมัทฉะลาเต้เย็น

ผสมคาวามิอูจิมัทฉะ 5 กรัม ( 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ) ในน้ำเปล่า 30 มล. เติมนมสด 120 มล. และน้ำเชื่อม 15 มล. คนให้เข้ากัน เติมน้ำแข็งจนเต็มแก้ว

Iced Uji Matcha

Mix 1.6 g.( 1 tsp.)  of KAWAMI 100% Uji  Matcha  with 180 ml. of still water. Add 10 ml. of simple syrup and stir well. Serve over ice. 

อูจิมัทฉะเย็น

ผสมคาวามิอูจิมัทฉะ 100%  1.6 กรัม (1 ช้อนชา) ในน้ำเปล่า 180 มล. เติมน้ำเชื่อม 10 มล. คนให้เข้ากัน เติมน้ำแข็งจนเต็มแก้ว
